Who is responsible

This website belongs to Volkan Gök, Isparta, Türkiye. You can reach me through the contact form on this website.

What the contact form collects

When you send a message, the form stores the details you enter: your name, email address, subject and message, together with the date and time it was sent.

To prevent spam, the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that the message is sent by a person. A one-way hash of your IP address is stored with the message to limit repeated submissions; the IP address itself is not stored.

Why I use it

Your details are used only to read and respond to your enquiry. They are not used for marketing and are not sold or shared with third parties.

Where it is stored

Messages are stored in a database on a server I manage for this website. Visitors cannot read them; only I can, through the server's administration console, which is protected by a password and two-step verification.

How long it is kept

I keep a message for as long as it is needed to handle your enquiry, and delete it once it is no longer needed.

Your rights

You can ask me to show, correct or delete the details you sent. Send your request through the contact form and I will respond as soon as I can.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when your browser requests them. Cloudflare Turnstile may set a cookie needed for the spam check.
